Holding a Business Management degree from the Assumption College, Jayjay worked in a successful tech start-up before
joining JobsDB Philippines, a leading Internet job search site in the Asia Pacific. She has since worked all the way up to the
top position of General Manager where she manages three business concerns: JobsDB.com, JobsDB Premier, and
88DB.com. At the same time, she owns and manages The English Chatroom, an English enhancement-training center.  She
also sits on the Board of Directors in the Career Development Association of the Philippines.

Passionate and innovative, Jayjay contributes to the transformation of the Philippine workforce by envisioning and
implementing numerous strategies that impact not just her own organizations, but the nationwide business landscape as well.
